From Plymouth, CA: Is This a News Photo?

…Or perhaps, a rosé?

The caption:

An aircraft drops fire retardant on a vineyard as firefighters battle the fast-moving wildfire called “Sand Fire,” near Plymouth, California, July 26, 2014. The fire, which started Friday, has burned five homes, 1,300 acres, and is 20% contained, local media reported.

As a sometimes series, we’re interested in how much a particular photo has informational value as opposed to how much — in the case of a disaster or misfortune, for example — it just has a lovely bouquet.
