Not in Bushland Anymore?

Is the War on Terror over? Not in Bushland anymore?

I did a double take seeing a Muslim country represented at the Air Force Academy graduation — especially with Obama in attendance in campaign season.  Must be some tradition as there is an airman with the Slovenian national flag (reversed) in the background.
