This time, using a fun visual of the current bureaucratic rats nest he easily might have lifted from Boehner or McConnell, Mr. Obama trumpets the consolidation of federal agencies to make the government more responsive to business.

    It’s a start. He elevated the head of SBA to Cabinet-level. Why not finesse as much as possible? Obama can’t directly wipe out House and Senate Committees, which Jack Abramoff calls set-ups where proponents can spend millions on their testimony to nullify the opposition..
