Mitt: Finding the There There?
The best shot of Romney yesterday in the closing days before the Iowa Caucus? The jury’s still out over how much Mitt, dressed as a farmer, is passing the smell test. These two other wire shots also speak to the difficulty of finding “the there there.”
This pic was sitting on the Getty ordering page. If it didn’t circulate, it’s probably because it too literally frames the flip-flopping issue.
A scene from “Book of Mormon?” No, but the dramatic flavor elaborates how much of a stretch it is when the otherwise tightly-wound Mitt tries to be sweet.
