Will Last Man Out of Tripoli Please Turn out the Lights?

Sort of of looks like that, doesn’t it?

On the other hand, the level of military precision (plus, luck) it would take to flush Gaddafi out of Tripoli without appreciable civilian casualties, and without putting troops on the ground, especially after the obvious targets like this Naval base are toasted, is probably….
