Landry was speaking for the Coast Guard, I was fascinated by her white hair and hairstyle. I didn't feel that her bland pronouncements matched the dangers that were developing. I haven't located a photo of her PR appearance with Sec. Napolitano, but I won't forget it soon. The upshot: bring in Coast Guard <b>Admiral</b> Thad Allen, and get down to brass tacks.
