White House Optics: Ronnie’s Got My Back

In the midst of Obama’s insurance company-bashing road show, this shot from the most recent batch of White House Flickr stream photos offers Obama a.) further inoculating himself from the “liberal” tag and b.) demonstrating how he doesn’t re-ally hate corporations …given the heavy-handed Reagan cameo and Barack chumming it up with a couple of CEOs.

No. There is absolute no ‘collusion’ between Reagan and Obama. It’s obvious that BHO has turned his back on Reagan.

Neither of these is an insurance company. I don’t know about American Electric Power, but Honeywell divested itself of all but its core businesses (building controls, thermostats, stuff like that) when other corporations were snapping up competitors and spreading their nasty greedy tendrils into all sorts of new business areas. So maybe there are the rapacious conglomerates we must fear, and ordinary, faceless-giants-not-waiting-to-devour-you corporations.
Just sayin’.
