Oh Come Let Us Adore Him

Berlusconi nativity scene.png

A brilliant twist on: “Is nothing sacred?”

I mean, how dare anyone mock a man’s God-given right to buy name recognition and sway elections with his millions and billions, and then live out that conflict of interest between the political and corporate state and/or the political state and media establishment.

(…Who knows, maybe the guy who threw the Duomo at Berlusconi was the only one whose sane.)

    Funny…
At first quick glance, I thought that was Obama.

I find it stunning that you would promote violence against another human being. Granted, Berlusconi may not be an admirable person and he deserves to be held accountable for any wrongdoing. But nothing justifies physical violence against another in the absence of self defense. Seeing that heavy object thrown and the resultant torn flesh and blood was a low point in human behavior; just because the victim is unfavorable doesn’t make the action any less unnacceptable.

didn’t know neapolitans were so sardonic. they’ve set him up as some sort of martyr. or are skewering berlusconi’s self pity.
