Stretching the rules just like businesses do, shaping the rules too. But it was Clinton, Bush and our feckless Congressmen that made those rules. And they are the ones that permitted the lax behavior of SEC and other regulatory agencies. Include these bad actors when blaming the Evil Bankers. And then make sure that the rules are changed and enforced. Bad as Bandit and the other Big Bad Bank Bad Guys are, they were more or less playing by the rules.
