Bigger Than Jesus?

zoriah_obama_nairobi_kenya.jpg

This photo was taken on Saturday by BNN contributer, Zoriah Miller. It shows a stack of calendars for sale in the Soweto Slum in Nairobi, Kenya. Obama is identified as “The Commander-In-Chief of The Armed Forces of The Federal Republic of U.S.A.”

It’s hard to know how much the juxtaposition here reflects the degree of Obama’s popularity or the expectations for what he can do. On the other hand, Obama just might be bigger than Jesus in Kenya … if how much space he takes up at the expense of the calendar is any indication.(©Zoriah Miller/BAGnewsNotes – Nairobi.
