From what I’ve picked up from reading and watching as the drama unfolded is that tourism is terribly important in Mumbai, and friends, some natives of the city such as Fareed Zakaria and Prof. Suketu Mehta are on record that they intend to make their planned, upcoming trips to the city. Rounding the circle, Zakaria signed off his program yesterday by suggesting viewers read Mehta’s book on Mumbai, “Maximum City.”
