Fading

Thorndale

What was telling yesterday — the day after Wednesday’s “last nail in the coffin” debate — was the shift in the McCain road show line up.

Sure it makes sense at this point that McCain and Palin would be separately deployed.  At the same time though, with the last shred of Palin’s credibility giving way, the (fading and aging) picture from Pennsylvania yesterday was:  Sarah and First Dude out, Mom and Joe-mentum (who McCain wanted riding shotgun all along) in.

Just look at those front row faces by the way.  Maybe it’s just the instant, but by most measures, all remaining air is rushing out of the balloon.

I hope the McCain campaign devolves into finger pointing and tell all books after November 4. I won’t pay money for one, the excerpts will be delicious.

Yes, the crowd looks pretty sad. Quite the contrast from the Palin rallies. Did you see the one in eastern Ohio that was featured in an Al Jazeera piece?Check out this video of her core supporters after the rally

McAncient would lose nothing by have Palin leave the ticket and shove in Joe. There is nothing to lose and it gives ‘em something to talk about. Indeed McAncient can even blame her somehow. Palin went directly from new face to being a charicature s? and never got to be a celebrity.

More desparate spinning by the Obamanation. Some peole actually listen to the speaker. How sad that you are so distressed that you will love in November you are taking a moment in time and spinning it as an entire history. Oh, wait … you do that all the time. Guess I should not be suprised by your behavior.
It’s not suprising you take a vid-cap and desparately spin it into something it’s not (see post for Oct 20).
Sad, very sad. You can’t win on ides so you try to win on hate.
