Debate Coverage: Once Again, Bush Proves That Rules Are Made To Be Broken

Did you happen to notice that Kerry and Bush were working off of different timers? Paging Jim Lehrer!

Yes! I was rather astonished at Bush’s lack of debate etiquette. He didn’t request the one-minute extension — he just took it (hmmmm…suddenly our Iraq policy is making more sense…). At times he seemed unwilling even to let Kerry finish talking.
Whatever you thought of the debate (and, yes, I thought Kerry cleaned Bush’s clock, quite frankly), what was clear was that Bush is a very bad sport.

I too noticed Bush’s rude “almost interruptions.” If he had been one of the 4th graders I teach (and he does act like one), I would’ve told him to raise his hand and wait to be called on! I didn’t time it, but didn’t Bush seem to have more time for his “90″ second answers than Kerry? Maybe his answers just seemed to take more time, since they were soooo repetitive.

Oh yes, little Bush is a bad sport. Remember, he and his buddies lied to get us into a war. On this point, please check out my web site http://www.hoppervideo.net
